Hello Shuronda! Welcome to planDisney! Here, my fellow panelists and I will answer all of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning needs! It can be tricky to find prices for children’s tickets, but if you stick with me through this whole answer, we’ll get you the information you need! As Peter Pan might say,
“Here we gooo!”There are two price categories for tickets to the Disney Parks. The first is for children ages 3 to 9 years old. The second is for anyone 10+ years old. Children under three years old are free!
Shuronda, the tricky part about ticket prices for the Disney Parks is that they fluctuate based upon the date you choose to visit. Days that are more popular cost more. Days that are not quite as busy cost less. The best way to know ticket prices is to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort website. I’ll be your navigator!
When you arrive at the website, hover (don’t click) your mouse over the heading that states, “Parks & Tickets.” When the dropdown menu appears, click on “Theme Park Tickets.” When the
Theme Park Ticket page opens, scroll down to where it states, “Theme Park Ticket - $109 / Day” and click the blue “Continue” button. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged for anything while you figure out prices.
On the next page, select the number of days that you want to visit the theme parks. Then use the calendar to select the date you want to visit. You’ll then be prompted to select the theme park you want to visit – Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Finally, you’ll select whether you want a ticket for someone ages 3 to 9 or someone 10+. You will then see the ticket price for a child for the date you select.
Shuronda, you won't be charged anything until you enter a credit card number and commit to purchasing your tickets, so feel free to explore the ticket options and pricing for the different parks on different dates!
Dreams do come true!
