    Where are the theme park ticket windows located and if I have a will call certificate may I get them mailed to me in advance instead?

    Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    The Walt Disney World ticket windows are located at the entrance for every park.  They are easy to find and Disney does a great job of getting you into the parks quickly.  Well, you are on vacation and the fun must begin!  With your Will Call certificate, you will need to visit the ticket windows in order to redeem them for your park tickets.  This cannot be done through the mail.
