Disneyland Resort mobile app.
The first thing I would check in this scenario is the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website. Do you see any of your upcoming trip info on there? Second, you could check for the ticket purchase confirmation in your email inbox (I'd try searching for "Disneyland Confirmation") just to make sure that you purchased the tickets under the same email address as your MyDisney account.
There are quite a few different possibilities for this scenario, so if you're still unable to locate your theme park reservations or they aren't showing up in your Disneyland mobile app then I would suggest
calling a Cast Member at the Guest Information line (to start). After gathering some more specific details about your situation, they may transfer you to a Cast Member the App & Online Support or Tickets department if they don't have the ability to resolve your issue but I've always had a lot of luck with things like this by starting with the Guest Information line just to get a better idea of what might be going on.
