    I have a theme park reservation for myself and a guest for July 29 but cant seem to link this to my account. Neither the QR code, nor the confirmation number are recognized.

    I am so sorry you are having issues linking your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets and your Disneyland Theme Park Reservations. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a Cast Member. The Cast Member will then be able to open your My Disneyland Account and see what the issue might be. We want to make sure all issues are fixed to ensure you have the greatest day at the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!

    I am sure you are aware that there have been longer-than-normal waits for Guests calling to speak to a Cast Member. To decrease your wait-time, I recommend you call in the evening. I have found you will not wait as long if you call in the evening than if you call in the morning or in the afternoon.
