so i have theme park reservation and also a magic key pass for disneyland on february 18th which is sweethearts night i don’t know if i can still participate in that or if it’s a separate event.

    Hi Jackie! Welcome to planDisney.

Congratulations on your shiny new Magic Key. I just know you're going to enjoy your year of increased access to the magic, great discounts, and fun perks as much as I have. I really love the dining discounts in particular. If you're not following the Disneyland Magic Key blog, do it now! It's a great resource for Magic Key holders.

Disneyland After Dark events like Sweethearts' Nite are separately ticketed, so while you can visit the park prior to the event that day subject to the availability of theme park reservations and blockout dates, your Magic Key doesn't grant you access to the party. Sweethearts' Nite is sold out this year, but if you're interested in attending next year, be on the lookout for ticket sales in December. One of the perks of being a Magic Key holder is you typically have access to the sales early. And there will be other Disneyland After Dark events this year, which still have tickets available or will be going on sale in the future, so keep your eyes peeled! They're great fun. We attended Star Wars Nite last year and enjoyed special menu items, Character Experiences, and shorter wait times.

If you ever have questions about your Magic Key, you have access to a Magic Key Holder phone line, where a helpful Cast Member can assist you. Or bring those Magic Key questions back to planDisney. We're also happy to assist! Many of my fellow panelists are Magic Key holders like you and me.

    Have a magical day.
