Hello, Terrence. Thanks for stopping by planDisney to ask your question.
I went ahead and took a look at the
Walt Disney World Theme Park calendar to see what time Epcot opens during your vacation. The calendar is showing me that for the week of 4-19-2021 Epcot opens each day at 11:00 a.m. which is the time that your park pass reservation also states. If the hours do change between now and then, however, you can enter Epcot anytime that they are open. So if the hours do change and Epcot opens at 9:00 a.m. you could enter then. However, since the reopening of Walt Disney World last summer, Epcot's hours have been pretty standard opening every day since then at 11:00 a.m. The good news is, I'm also seeing that Epcot is staying open pretty late during your vacation so you will still have plenty of time to enjoy that theme park. On the calendar, it is showing that every day of the week of 4-19-21 Epcot is staying open until 11:00 p.m. That will give you twelve full hours to enjoy that theme park the day you are visiting, which is plenty of time.
During your vacation, the
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom. It's my favorite time of the year to visit Epcot because it is just so beautiful. There are so many colorful flowers all around and I love to look and take pictures of the many topiaries that are scattered about. The transformation of this park for the festival is just incredible. Besides how beautiful it all is, probably the best part of the festival is all of the outdoor kitchens that feature fresh flavors of the season. The Disney Parks blog just wrote a great
Foodie Guide to the 2021 festival. If you get a chance, pop over there and read the article. It breaks down all of the outdoor kitchens with photos and descriptions of all of the delicious food you will find at each of the booths. Some of my favorite menu items this year were the house-made crab and cream cheese wontons found at the Lotus House, the new Beignet Caramélisé, Fourré Crème Vanille, Glacé au Caramel Fleur de Sel: which is a Caramelized Beignet filled with Vanilla Cream and Glazed with Caramel Fleur de Sel found at the Fleur de Lys booth and I also loved the Toasted Pretzel Bread topped with Black Forest Ham and Melted Gruyère Cheese found at the Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market festival booth. However, I've been to the festival multiple times this year and have enjoyed a number of delicious things you really can't go wrong with anything your choose.
Terrence, I hope you enjoy your day at Epcot during your Walt Disney World vacation. Be sure to keep an eye on the calendar to see if the opening time changes between now and then. However, I'd expect it to stay at 11:00 a.m. for the foreseeable future. If you have any other questions before your trip, please feel free to come back and
ask me. I'm happy to help!
