Do we have to have a theme park pass to eat at a restraunt? We're going to be there a week but would like to eat at crystal palace but will be visiting epcot instead of magic kingdom that day.

    Hi Steve!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Walt Disney World Resort offers many different dining experiences for Guests to enjoy during their vacations, including character dining experiences such as The Crystal Palace. When you are dining at a restaurant that is located inside of a theme park, you will need valid theme park admission to get to the restaurant. So for The Crystal Palace, you will need to have a ticket that includes admission to Magic Kingdom. If you have added the Park Hopper Option to your tickets, you will be able to enter multiple theme parks every day of your vacation, which means you are all set for the itinerary you are considering. If you do not have the Park Hopper Option, you can choose to upgrade your tickets to include it at Guest Relations in any of the theme parks. Otherwise, you will need to choose a dining location either inside of Epcot or at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. At Epcot, both The Garden Grill and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall are great options for character dining in that park, both with fantastic food, fun characters and unique atmospheres to enjoy!

Please let us know if you have any other questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
