How much are Theme Park Hopper plus tickets ?

    Hi Mike,

Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for continuing to trust us with your planning needs.

When visiting the Disneyland Resort, you can choose between two types of tickets: a One Park Per Day ticket or a Park Hopper ticket. A Park Hopper ticket allows you to visit both Disney California Adventure and Disneyland Park on the same day. This option is especially great for guests with limited time who want to experience both parks.

The price of a regular 1-Day One Park Per Day ticket ranges from $104 to $206, depending on the date selected. Some times of the year are more expensive than others. For example, the fall can be a cheaper time than the holiday season, and weekend tickets typically cost more than weekday tickets.

If you purchase a multi-day ticket (2 days or more), the price per day goes down the longer your stay. The Park Hopper option is an add-on to your base ticket and adds an additional $65 to $75 per ticket. I recommend checking the ticket calendar to view current pricing for both One Park Per Day and Park Hopper tickets.

Keep in mind, Mike, that in addition to a valid ticket, a park reservation is required for entry. Once your tickets are purchased and linked to your MyDisney account, you're ready to make park reservations. These can be made up to six months in advance. You can also use the Reservation Availability Calendar to check for sold-out dates or to monitor when you're approaching the six-month booking window.

The reservation process works slightly differently depending on your ticket type:

One-Day Ticket: You'll select the park you plan to visit for that specific day.

Park Hopper Ticket: You'll choose your starting park, and after 11:00 AM, you're free to hop between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure as much as you'd like!

Also, be sure to check the 2025 Disneyland Event Calendar for dates of upcoming celebrations and seasonal events. This calendar can help you plan your visit around special festivals, like The Holidays across the Disneyland Resort, or Festival of Holidays at California Adventure or Sweethearts’ Nite at Disneyland Park—both typically held in early February!

I hope this information helps with your vacation planning, Mike! If you have any more questions or need help with any other part of your trip, feel free to reach out to me or one of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’d love to share more tips and ideas to add a little pixie dust to your vacation.

    Happy planning!
