Hi Theresa! Welcome to planDisney.
I’m delighted you're taking advantage of sailing from Disney’s newest terminal in
Port Everglades. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to navigate the port.
Most of your cruise is listed as “Cruise Casual” attire, which means you can wear shorts, T-shirts, sundresses, and jeans. The
Dress Code is a flexible guideline, so wear what’s comfortable for you.
One exciting night to look forward to is
Pirate Night. Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite swashbuckling attire for a night of mischief-making. The highlight of the evening is the fireworks at sea! If you're short on eye patches and striped shirts, don't worry; your stateroom host will leave a pirate bandana in your stateroom to wear to dinner. By the end of the night on Friday, you’ll definitely feel like you’re a member of Mickey’s Pirate Crew!
On Thursday, there is an optional dress-up night. I always use this opportunity to take a family picture with us looking our best. Photographers are set up in the atrium each evening to capture your memories, with different backgrounds themed to each night. If you have the
Unlimited Photo Package, all your pictures are included!
Once you board the ship and connect to the ship's Wi-Fi, you’ll find your dining rotation, table number, and restaurant menus on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Keep an eye on the app for the latest and most up-to-date information during your cruise. You can view the entertainment schedule for each day. I like to open the app in the terminal while waiting for my boarding group number to be called.
I hope I’ve helped
prepare your suitcases and that you PACK in as much fun as possible on your Disney Cruise.
SEAS the adventure!
