You can enjoy one special themed night aboard your Disney Cruise: the fan-favorite
Pirate Night! Pirate Night is currently scheduled for your second evening onboard. Once you are on the ship, you can confirm the plans in the Daily Activity Schedule within the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
Pirate Night actually begins in the afternoon, as you feel the mood begin to shift from landlubber to salty sea dog. Look for activities like crafts, trivia, and Character greetings to get you in the spirit of the occasion. If you'd like to join your fellow crewmates and dress up, plan to pack your buccaneer best. And if your wardrobe is decidedly lacking in pirate flair, have no fear, because pirate-themed clothing and accessories will be for sale onboard the ship. Pirate Night culminates in a spectacular deck party, complete with fireworks! It's going to be a blast.
On the other nights of your sailing, the suggested evening attire will be "Cruise Casual." Your itinerary visits one of my very favorite places,
Disney Castaway Cay. It's helpful to pack a beach tote for your time on Castaway Cay. Disney Cruise Line will provide towels for your use on the island, but a tote is perfect for carrying them along with sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. I like to bring an insulated water bottle from home and stick it in my tote, too, so I can enjoy cold water no matter where I am on the island.
