Now that’s there is no more rci. I can’t navigate to find my points deposited into rci. I need some help to connect thruogh disney to rci, please help.

    Hiya, Mark!

Welcome to planDisney from a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member!  It sounds like you've heard the news about the new partnership between Disney Vacation Club and Interval International which began on January 1, 2022.  With Interval's global network of more than 3,200 properties, "A Whole New World" of possibilities are open to DVC Members!   But while this news is exciting, it's also created some questions for Members, like you, who currently have Points deposited with RCI.  Don't worry, though –– your Points aren't going anywhere.  I'm happy to help with accessing your transferred Points so you can get back to the fun of planning your next vacation.

Although the affiliation between Disney Vacation Club and RCI formally ended in Decmber 2021, I've got some good news –– Members who transferred Points to RCI on or before December 31, 2021 will still be able to book exciting vacations with RCI through December 31, 2023.  That means any Points you've already transferred will still be available for your use.  To access your Points and create a system search in the RCI system directly from the Disney Vacation Club website, simply hover over the "Plan Vacation" tab and select "Manage RCI Reservations" from the drop-down menu.  On the next page, click on "Book RCI Online" –– after being prompted to sign in to your DVC Member Account, you'll be redirected to RCI to continue the search and booking process.  If you're still having trouble accessing your Points, I recommend calling Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to speak with a Cast Member who will be happy to help you through the booking process.

While you're checking things off your DVC to-do list, you'll also want to download your new Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card.  These digital cards will replace your physical "Blue Card" which expired at the end of 2021.  All you need to do is open the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device and tap on icon with the three lines in the bottom right corner.  From there, tap on Disney MagicMobile to create a new Disney MagicMobile pass.  This will be saved in your smartphone's mobile wallet and act as your new DVC Membership Card, along with giving you access to any tickets and entitlements connected to your account.  With easy access to all your Member Benefits and Extras right at your fingertips, you'll never miss a moment of Membership magic!

Thanks for visiting planDisney, Mark.  Feel free to stop by again if you think of more planning questions –– we're always here to help!

    Wishing You a Magical Day,
    Amy
