Thanks Wilma! Just wondering about the "quick" stop at ft wilderness lol. Does the bus just go to the main pick up stop or does it go through the entire campground? And by sharing buses does that mean buses will be full more often increasing wait

    Hi again, Laura,

Sorry, I should have been more specific about the stop at Fort Wilderness. You are right. The bus from Wilderness Lodge just stops at the station at the main entrance. It doesn't wind through the entire campground.

My experience is that the wait for shared buses isn't any longer -- and may even be shorter. But the time you spend on the bus will be longer because of the additional stops. Whether you have to wait longer because the bus is full really depends on whether your stop is one of the first on the shared route or the last. If you're last, you are more likely to have to stand or to wait for another bus.

That said, I also have found that Disney adjusts the bus schedules for peak times. So routes that are shared at some times of the year or even some times of the day may have individually dedicated buses during the busiest times.

I hope that's helpful. Don't hesitate to write back if you need me to clarify or to answer another question. Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!
