    Thanks for ur answer! Hubby & I r lucky enough experience Disney twice/ yr, 3rd this yr.. We've stayed @ all mod resorts except POR-booked this trip but really want to stay Delux-never experienced- is AKL worth splurge over POR? No lower price rooms @

    Hi Jeannie!

    Absolutely!  The Animal Kingdom Lodge is fabulous.  It's a guest favorite.  It has three of the best restaurants at Walt Disney World and one of the best food courts.  It also has a great pool and a lot of activities to do around the resort.  Finally, you have the animals.  It is one of the most unique resorts in the United States.  If you don't stay there on this trip, you should definitely at least visit it.

    If you do stay there, be sure to make a reservation for Boma.  I suggest making one for breakfast and making one on a different day for dinner.  Boma is a "must do" for my wife and I on every trip to Walt Disney World.  It's a great place!
