    Thanks for your suggestion Darcie! If my DH and I have the chance to sneak away for a signature seafood dining reservation, where would you recommend? Based on your response about non-signature restaurants, thought this may be worth a splurge? Thanks!!

    Signature restaurants are my Disney weakness, T.  My first choice for a delicious seafood dinner would definitely be Narcoossee's.  In fact, my mouth kind of waters just thinking about it.  Should you decide to dine there you'd be spoiled not only by the cuisine, but also by the view.  Gorgeous!  I've also had excellent fish at Jiko, though it's not best known for seafood dishes.  Lastly, I've heard really great things about Flying Fish, though I have to admit that I've yet to try it.  I hope to cross that restaurant off my Disney to-do list during our next trip.  I hope that one of these will be just the thing for you two lovebirds.  Enjoy!
