Hi Kristen! So happy to hear from you again! You may certainly ship a care package to yourself ahead of time. Make sure to send it with plenty of time before your arrival date. However, if your package arrives a day or two early, Bell Services will hold it for you.I would suggest addressing it as follows:

ATTN: First & Last Name
c/o Disney's Polynesian Resort
Magic Kingdom Resort
1600 Seven Seas Drive
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-1000
Arriving: D/M/YR.
Resort Confirmation Number.

You may certainly charge gratuities, for Housekeeping staff and other resort Cast Members, to your Key to the World. However, restaurant tips will have to be paid out of pocket. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Enjoy a most memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
