Thanks Mona for answering my questions. I have one more to ask....What is the weather like in November? How should we plan to dress?

    Hi Lisa,

You are very welcome for the answers!  Thank you for returning with your follow-up question.

The average high in Orlando in November is 79 degrees Fahrenheit, and the average low temperature at night is 59 degrees Fahrenheit.  November is not a particularly rainy month; however, it always can rain in Florida!  I do recommend that you pack rain gear for everyone.  I find that a poncho or rain jacket is much more practical than an umbrella when visiting the theme parks.  I would recommend that you pack both shorts and long pants, as well as short sleeve shirts.  I always carry a jacket or sweatshirt for each member of my family.  It can get a little chilly in the evenings once the sun goes down, and layers are a great way to handle this. Also, I would still suggest that you bring swimsuits, especially if you are traveling with children.  The pools at Walt Disney World resorts are heated, and children always seem to want to hop in them, no matter what the weather! About a week before your vacation, I suggest that you start checking the weather in Orlando, in case it varies significantly from the averages I mentioned.  I like to use weather.com to check for forecasts.

Have a great time planning your vacation, Lisa.  As you plan, please do come back and let me know if you have any further questions - I am happy to help!
