Thanks Lori, I will walk and try to run. Thanks so much for your fast response. This is my first 5K but I want my dream come true, at least walk on a Disney 5K. See you there!

You're welcome!  You can definitely do it!  I started "running" three years ago just so I could dress like a princess and run through Cinderella Castle!  I never would have guessed just how much running would come to mean to me.  It is never about going fast for me.  It's about setting a goal and achieving it. It's also been an amazing way to develop new friendships.  Crossing the finish line and getting that medal will be a magical moment for you.  If you enjoy walking it, you can always try adding some running in, but don't pressure yourself.  I use Jeff Galloway's run/walk/run program every single race I do.  If I have been training a lot, I will run longer intervals, but if I haven't then I run shorter periods of time between walk breaks.  I predict that you will love the 5K so much, you will become a runDisney regular!  Let me know if I can help in any other way!
