Thanks for your last anwer Lori. What is the terrain like for both the ToT 10 and W&D 1/2. Is it pavement, gravel, hilly, flat etc.? Also what is normally served at the hydration stations is it just H20 and if not, what else it there usually?

Hi Lisa!  You're very welcome, I hope it helped!

The terrain for the Wine and Dine is mostly on roads, with some time spent inside the parks.  It is very flat, with a few gradual inclines as you enter and exit on some of the different roads.  There are some slight hills inside of Animal Kingdom park too, but they are very mild.

The Tower of Terror 10-Miler is very similar.  There was short distance on the course last year that was on some flat dirt and gravel as you entered the ESPN Wide World of Sports.  You will also be on some sidewalks during both races.

For all Disney races, there will be plenty of water and POWERADE stops along the course.  There will be both options at all stops, with POWERADE being offered first, followed by water.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
