Seho from Seoul Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Thanks for your kind answer Melissa! But once again, I've already purchased 4 1day tickets and tried to book a reservation to visit, but still couldn't see any available dates either on Nov or Dec. does this mean that all dates are booked already?

Hi Seho! Welcome back to planDisney.

My pal Melissa believes you already have confirmed theme park reservations, and I think she's probably right! When you purchase Disneyland Resort admission tickets online, you're asked to select your preferred park and day along with other options like Park Hopper and Lightning Lane Multi Pass. 1-day tickets are priced by tier, so the day you selected determines the price of the ticket. The day and park you selected during the transaction also became your theme park reservation.

You've been attempting to make another theme park reservation, but nothing shows as available in November or December, because your ticket is a 1-day ticket and doesn't have any additional theme park reservations left over to select. You simply need to find that existing reservation. I can help with that!

If you've already linked your tickets, I can quickly walk you through how to locate that missing theme park reservation and modify it to another available day if need be! First, sign into the MyDisney account you used to purchase the tickets. Then, on the Disneyland Resort website, look for the "My Disneyland" dropdown menu. Select "Theme Park Reservations." On the next page, scroll down and click the "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations" button. This should bring up a page with your confirmed theme park reservation.

Does the date still work for you? If not, you have the option to modify it to another available day and park. Click the "Modify Reservation" to make those changes. Theme park reservation availability isn't guaranteed, and while there are plenty of days currently available, that could change quickly since this is a popular time to visit. Make any adjustments necessary as soon as possible, because Guests need both a valid admission ticket and a theme park reservation to enter the parks at this time.

If you used a Korean travel agency rather than buying through Disneyland Resort online, I suggest speaking with them directly. Otherwise, if you're still having difficulty accessing your theme park reservation details, please call the Tickets phone line to speak with a Cast Member. Be ready with the email associated with your MyDisney account so they can assist you in looking up the information you need.

    I hope this helps.
