Hi Nicole,

You're welcome! When I pre-ordered a meal for lunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant I was not able to make any special requests. When I told the Cast Member at the entrance I needed to modify our order, they directed me to one of the ordering stations. I did have to re-enter our order and was then able to make the changes I needed to make. You can get the turkey sandwich plain, but you might have to modify or place your order at the restaurant.

The reservation process for Be Our Guest Restaurant is going to be changing at the end of the month. I'm not sure if they will still be pre-ordering meals or if they will have a better system for making special requests.
