Thanks for the info! We have dinner at Chef Mickeys one evening at 8 PM. How would we get from there to the beach at the Polynesian to view the Electrical Water Pageant and is this a well-thought out plan? Will be returning to AOA after.

Hi again Vicki! Thank you for contacting me with an additional question about the best parade ever- the Electrical Water Pageant!

Disney's Polynesian Resort is only a monorail ride away from Chef Mickey's. You may hop on the resort monorail without even stepping outside of Disney's Contemporary Resort.  Since the EWP typically glides by the Poly beach at 9:00 pm however, an eight o'clock dinner reservation does not allow you enough time to reach the Polynesian to see this aquatic spectacle. The beach at the Contemporary is also a good spot to view this classic water parade. The EWP usually appears on Bay Lake behind this resort around 10:00 pm so your family will have ample time to eat with Mickey and Minnie, head downstairs, and go outside to stake out a place to enjoy the water pageant. Do check with a Cast Member at the Concierge Desk about show times because they can change.

Enjoy the show! Expect to still be singing the words "never smile at a crocodile" even after your vacation is over.
