During your visit make sure to indulge in a specialty-themed treat found in the 50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide. This includes gluten-free options like the 50th Anniversary Celebration Macaron.

    As a food scientist and aunt to food allergy nephews, I love helping out others navigate the culinary delights of Walt Disney World Resort. First, make sure to ask your friendly Cast Members for suggestions and allergy-friendly menus available at all food locations. I was definitely able to verify the deliciousness of The Original Peanut Butter Cold Brew from Gideon's Bakehouse is indeed gluten-free and vegan. I am sorry to report, that I could not verify a definite answer on the Batu Bites at Ogas Cantina. However, be sure to ask your server and you will get clarification. I would also suggest a quick google search on the subject. Here is a link to the special dietary information with an email connection for further answers and inquiries.

    No matter which theme parks you visit, stay until the sun goes down and Disney icons come to shimmering EARidescent life during Beacons of Magic. My favorite is Spaceship Earth at EPCOT followed closely by the Tree of Life at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
