Thanks for your help with my question about pens. Since I'm making my sons autograph books, I am not worried about Sharpies bleeding through. I am mounting Disney paper onto very heavy cardstock. Would retractable Sharpies be ok?

    Welcome back Erin!

Did you say "cardstock"?  Any chance you are a scrapbooker?  Me too!  Nothing says fun like Disney scrapbooking.  I bet the autograph books you are putting together for your sons will be gorgeous, which is why I'm going to suggest that you keep a big ziploc bag in your purse or backpack to transport those precious works of art.  After all, beautiful handmade books and Splash Mountain don't always mix, if you know what I mean.  I'd hate for you to get those treasured keepsakes wet.  Also, be sure to write your sons' names and addresses in the back of each book.  Did you know that Disney Cast Members will mail them back to you if they are lost in the parks?  Isn't that sweet?

The retractable Sharpie sounds like a great option for character signatures.  Again, I would have a separate plastic bag for the pen in the off chance it might leak.  Have a back-up pen in case the first one goes missing or if each of your sons want his own pen.

Enjoy making wonderful memories with your family at Walt Disney World, and thanks again for your fun questions!
