Hi! Thanks for all the help on Moms Panel. We are staying at the Polyneisan 11/30-12/4. I was wondering the best way to get from there to the Backyard Barbeque at Ft. Wildnerness, and the best way to get from the Polynesian to Hollywood Studios. Thanks

    Hi Laura!

Thank YOU for visiting us again at the Disney Patks Moms Panel.  It's great to hear that we have helped you with your trip planning thus far.

Let me me help with your directions from Disney's Polynesian Resort!  To get to Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground,  I would take the boat launch from the Polynesian to Magic Kingdom Park.  From there, you will walk over to the boat launch which takes you to Fort Wilderness.  Provided that you catch the boats quickly, the travel time is around 35 minutes or so.  I would, however, recommend allowing at least an hour or more to get to your destination.  You need to factor in potentially waiting for transportation as well as walking time.   To get to Disney's Hollywood Studios from the Polynesian, you will simply use Disney Bus transportation.  As you exit the main lobby of the resort on the ground level, walk left.  The bus stop is located within a short walking distance.  Once you board the bus marked for Disney's Hollywood Studios, the trip should take around 20 minutes.

Your trip will be here before you know it, Laura!

I wish you a truly magical vacation!
