Thanks for your help on this great site! We are taking our first trip to WDW in May. We plan to be at MK the day they have EMH from 11 pm-2 am. Do the gift shops stay open during this time? I thought it would be nice to shop on the way out.

Hi, Amy! During Extra Magic Hours, some of the kiosks may close up before the park does, but the major shopping venues will always keep the light on if the park is open and a paying customer is to be found.

At Magic Kingdom, the Emporium on Main Street is the frontrunner for souvenir shopping. But don't let the fear of carrying souvenirs around keep you from shopping earlier in the day. If you're staying on property at a Disney resort, you can have your purchases delivered to your resort for you. How cool is that? It sure makes it a lot easier to stock up on Vinylmations. You can also have your packages held at guest services to pick up on your way out of the park.

Trust me - you'll never have an easier time shopping!
