Great to be chatting with you again, Christine!
There's lots of planning to do for your upcoming magical cruise on November 1st, and outfits will be key. All those pictures and magical memories that are waiting to be made, will be a wonderful addition to your family collection of photos.
Though schedules change from time to time, 7-night voyages will usually have their 2nd night as the formal or optional dress up night. Pirate night is usually on the 4th night and the semi-formal night is on the 6th night of your voyage. The rest of the evenings are cruise casual. The schedule is never set in stone of course, but you'll know the actual theme for the night on your Personal Navigator. This will be delivered to your stateroom by your stateroom host every night. It's a good summary of the days' events for the following day, so that you can plan accordingly. I usually bring some highlighters on the trip, so that I can highlight activities that we want to check out. The schedule will be nicely sorted by age group too - so my kids will have their own highlighter color, and they mark the activities they plan on attending.
If you have a smartphone, you might also want to check out the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. You can download it now, but you'll need to relaunch it when you are actually onboard to use it. The app will work on the ship's Wi-Fi as a complimentary service, and you'll just need to turn your phone on Airplane mode while onboard, to avoid any carrier charges. It's another option to have while onboard, to keep information at your fingertips.
Have a great time planning for your magical voyage, Christine! Do let us know if you need additional information, we're always glad to help!
