    Hi all, thanks for your help so far. My 180 days is vastly approaching, I am booked as a grand gathering, will the computer system allow me to make reservations for my entire group (13) or will I have to wait until 7am for the phone lines?

    Hi Deanna,

    Sounds like you're planning an awesome trip for your group! 

    I went online and it looks like the system will allow you to book a reservation online for a party of 13.  I also called 407-WDW-DINE and they confirmed that you can make online reservations beginning at 6 a.m. 

    The Cast Member I spoke with said that with a group that large, it may be best to call.  You could try online at 6 a.m. but if you are unable to get a reservation, wait until 7 a.m. and call 407-WDW-DINE.  If necessary, they can switch you over to a Cast Member who specializes in Grand Gathering dining reservations.

    To qualify for a Grand Gathering, your party must consist of a minimum of 8 people over the age of 3.  However, you need to include the total number in your party when making a reservation which means you'll need to count toddlers and infants even if they are not eating so they will allow enough room at the tables for everyone.
