    Thanks for your help again Andrea! More questions for BLT - we have a late flight leaving Orlando, and wonder if we can still use the pool/community hall on check out day. Is there a shower facility/rest area we can use after we check out at 11am? Thanks

    Hi, Jenny!

    We love taking late flights from Orlando when we are staying at a Disney Vacation Club Resort; that last day will allow you to enjoy many of the amenities of Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort that you just weren't able to try previously.

    A last, lazy day by the pool, with activities in Community Hall as well as poolside games, will keep you all as busy (or not busy) as you'd like to be that day. Amenities at Disney Vacation Club Resorts include poolside bathrooms which feature showers, shampoo, hairdryers, lockers, etc. This will mean that you can stow a bag of clothing that you'd like to keep dry (in case of very happy, very drippy swimmers or a thunderstorm) for your flight home, as well as any valuables that you'd like to tuck safely away until needed.

    Keep in mind that Guests are entitled to use all of the amenities of Bay Lake Tower and Disney's Contemporary Resort on the day of check out, so feel free to explore both properties as much as you desire. In fact, there are some very comfy sectional sofas in the lobby / check in area of Disney's Contemporary, some of which face a family-friendly TV showing classic Disney cartoons 24 /7. It's also a nice place to get cozy if you need to relax indoors or just need a change of scenery.
