Hi there Cyndi, and welcome back to planDisney, and thank you for your kind words! You are so very welcome -- it is our true pleasure to help our Guests plan their dream Disney vacations, especially during uncertain times.
I’m so excited you’ll soon be paying a visit and staying at Disney’s Old Key West Resort. It has such a quiet and cozy feel! As you probably know, since the phased reopening, there are some changes to the availability of amenities and experiences around the Disney Parks and Resorts. You can see all of those changes outlined on the
Experience Updates pages and details of the new preventive measures in place to ensure a happy, magical visit for all!
Regarding
Resort Transportation, I checked with Guest Relations to confirm and learned that only
Disney Resort Bus Transportation is currently operational between
Disney’s Old Key West Resort and
Disney Springs. Monorails are operational from
one hour before Park opening to one hour following Park closing. They will transport Guests from the Disney Resorts on the monorail line (Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and Disney’s Polynesian Resort) to
Magic Kingdom. However, the monorail between the Ticket and Transportation Center and
EPCOT is currently not operational. Please check the
Experience Updates Parks pages for the most up to date information available, or come back to see us anytime we can give you an update!
See ya real soon!
