    Thanks for all the great tips-we arrive in 10 days! How long do we need to plan for traveling from MK to the Polynesian for a Kona Cafe dinner reservation at 6:45? The monorail takes us right there, correct? Thanks

    Hi Melissa!

    Kona Cafe is awesome!!!!  You are correct; the Monorail does go directly from Magic Kingdom to Disney's Polynesian Resort.  That's not the part that takes the most time though.  Getting down Main Street USA, out of the park and standing in the Monorail line takes some time.  Give yourself a solid hour of travel time.  You know yourself...if you think you'll be tempted to stop and shop on Main Street while you're walking out, you'll need more time...I'm notorious for getting sidetracked on that street!  I just can't help myself.
