Hello, Jessica!
Wow! You made excellent choices for your Dining Plan Table-Service entitlements! Well done!
First, you'll be happy to know that when you "pay for" your Fantasmic! Meal Experience at
Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano with the DDP Table-Service entitlement, you also get to order appetizers! Why? I have no idea, but I'm so very happy to accept a nice order of crispy calamari or fresh mozzarella and vine-ripened tomatoes! Yum!
You've chosen three great Table-Service dining experiences, so I'll focus on your Quick-Service choices and snacks. If you are heading over to Downtown Disney, do not miss Wolfgang Puck Express at DD's Marketplace, by far the best QS location on property. Head to my favorite unofficial website, allears.net, for a look at the menu and you'll see why this place is such a favorite. Delicious and generous made-to-order meals which are then delivered to your table...at a QS. Wow. (there is also a Wolfgang Puck Cafe, in the West Side, that offers TS; don't confuse the two. :-) )
At Epcot, be sure to eat at Sunshine Seasons; the food is fresh, varied and delicious and the desserts which come along with this QS meal are unbelievably gorgeous. At Magic Kingdom, we love Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe (toppings bar is great) and Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe for variety (my 10-year-old orders 1/2 chicken and rib combo, a huge meal and great value for a QS.) Animal Kingdom's Flame Tree Barbeque is another great QS stop, as is Hollywood Studios' Sunset Ranch Market. (Your little one may get a kick out of eating at Pizza Planet though!)
Getting the best value for your snack credits is a bit of an art, too, so let me know if you'd like more information in this area as well.
