Thanks for such great info! We are planning our 1st WDW vacation, 8/16 -8/22/09. There are 6 of us. 4 adults and grandchildren, GS 11, GS 10 and GD 3. Would like to take GD to My D Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea Party. Is she too young?

Oh I think taking your granddaughter to the Perfectly Princess Tea Party would be such a memorable moment for you both!  When it comes to age who is to say someone is too old or too young for these kind of experiences.  I have taken my grandson to Walt Disney World since he was three months old and will never forget memories I have of him at each and every visit and he is going back next week for his 6th time and he just turned three!  So YES enjoy and report back!

You can click HERE to see a description of this wonderful event. They encourage the little girls to come dressed in their favorite princess outfit...perhaps you will want to coordinate a visit to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique right before?  In any event go and enjoy and don't worry about if she will eat the food or listen to all that is said. Just remember the sparkle in her eyes and the magic she experiences!

Starting in mid June Disney is also offering a great pirate experience that the boys might be interested in.  It is called the Pirates League and is similar to the princess makeovers for the little girls.  You can read more about this opportunity by clicking HERE.
