Thanks for the great advice! 1st cruise scheduled on Dream 3 ngt Bahamas Nov '12 - 2 adlts 2 kids (14/9). The more info i read the more excited i get and want to make changes. Keep 3 day and put $ towards excursions or put $ to longer cruise? Thanks!!

    Hi, Cherie!

If someone was twisting my arm and I had to decide between spending a set amount on Port Adventures or a longer Disney cruise...I'd have to go with the longer cruise.  To me, three nights on a Disney ship is just not long enough.  In fact, I've never taken a Disney cruise when I'm really ready to debark on the last day -- we always wish we had planned a longer cruise!

Yet, if you find yourself in a situation where the availability for a longer cruise is not there for when you'd like to sail, Port Adventures are a great way to get more out of your Disney Cruise.  Just write me back and let me know what you're thinking. I'd be more than happy to help you again.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
