Thanks! Another ?, and forgive my lack of culinary knowledge, but is there a difference between the chef's table and sitting at a table that looks into the kitchen? Or is that the bar?? For example, I know they have seating like this at Flying Fish.

Cassandra, this is certainly a very good question!  Many restaurants have tables that look into the open kitchens such as Flying Fish and California Grill but these are not true Chef's Tables.  The three spots that I mentioned are more unique where you have the opportunity for the chef(s) to interact with your during your dinner if you choose for that experience.  At Victoria and Albert's you actually sit in the kitchen and the chefs there prepare your 7 plus course without you ever seeing a menu.  You can pair it with wine for extra cost.  The Wine View room at Citricos is actually a separate glass enclosed room where much of the restaurants wine is stored so it is like sitting in a wine cellar.  You can order from the menu or have the chef prepare something special for you.  It is not quite the experience that V&A's is but it is indeed very nice.  I have not eaten at the Coronado Springs chefs table but believe that is also a table in the kitchen.  Some of the other Disney restaurants also have side rooms for you to "rent" for an evening such as California Grill and Jiko's.  If the dining reservation cast is unable to answer your questions then please call the resort chef direct by calling the resort number and asking for a transfer on the call.  I hope this explains it a little better...I know it can be so confusing!
