Thanks Diane for the answer to my previous question...I tried doing what you said and it does not list any of the dining reservations I have made. Should I try something else or call Disney directly? Thanks for your help!!

    Hi Heather,

Hmmmm... Okay, I think this might have happened to me once before.  I'm going ask you to check a couple of things, and forgive me if I'm just restating the obvious.  When you go to the site, under Walt Disney World, do you see a message that says, "Welcome, HEATHER!"?  If not, you probably just need to log in and input your password.

If you've already done that, then try this.  Do you know any of your confirmation numbers?  If so, on the My Reservations page hit the Retrieve Reservations link in the upper right hand corner.  Enter a confirmation number and the phone number you gave when making your reservation.

If you've already done both of these things, I would call Disney Dining.  They'll be able to retrieve your information quickly.  Let them know that you can't access it from the site, and they should be able to help you.

    Hope this helps.

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
