Thanks to the moms and dads on the panel for the great advice! I will be at Ft. Wilderness in December for the Chip&Dale camfire/movie. Would we have time to take a 10:00 sleigh ride? Would love to do both, but don't want to rush.

Hi Sabrina! I think I answered your question yesterday but just in case it didn't go through due to some sort of glitch I will repeat my advice.

In the fall and winter months when it gets dark earlier the Chip and Dale program will begin earlier.  They did not have the set schedule yet when I asked during my stay there last week but I would certainly think you could do both activities if you chose to do the later sleigh ride.  It would be a nice way to end an evening in Fort Wilderness.

The sleigh ride will take you through several of the loops where seasonal campers return each year with elaborate holiday displays. I talked with one person who said there would be at least ten spots that would be on the routes for the sleigh rides and these guests were already planning their decorations.  The Fort is festive for all holidays and besides Halloween the Christmas season is one of my favorites in this location of Walt Disney World!
