Hiya, Dora, and welcome back to planDisney!
Oh dear, it sounds like Stitch might be causing a little intergalactic mischief when you're trying to book your
World of Color Dining Package! I'm so sorry you're still running into this snag. Not to worry, we'll get you squared away and ready for that spectacular show! Let's walk through the exact steps I'm following on my end, as the system is allowing me to view restaurants in both instances. We'll try this adventure together, step-by-step, on both the Disneyland website and the Disneyland mobile app, so you'll have a couple of pathways to success!
First, let's try the Disneyland website. You'll want to navigate to the
dining reservations page for this event. Once you're there, make sure you're signed into your MyDisney account. Then, you'll enter the number of Guests in your party and the date you're hoping to dine. For the time, I usually select "All Day" just so I can see all the lunch and dinner possibilities—more options are always merrier! After that, scroll down a bit until you spot the "World of Color Dining Package" section and click on "View Available Options". This is where the magic starts! On the next screen, you'll choose whether you'd prefer a delightful lunch or a delicious dinner, and then select either the first or second show, depending on what's available. A list of restaurants and their available dining times should then appear. If you're not seeing
Storytellers Cafe, it simply means that reservations for that specific date and time have disappeared for now. But if it's there, you can then confirm your restaurant and complete your booking—hooray!
If you prefer to use the
Disneyland mobile app, the steps are just as simple. Go ahead and open up your app, tap that handy little plus (+) sign you see at the bottom of the screen, and then select "Check Dining Availability". From there, you'll enter your party size, your chosen date, and your preferred dining time. Just like on the website, scroll until you find the World of Color Dining Package, tap "View Available Options", and then select lunch or dinner, along with which showtime you'd like to catch (again, this is subject to availability). The restaurants with availability should then magically appear, and you'll be able to make your selection and confirm your reservation.
As I mentioned, Dora, if Storytellers Cafe isn't appearing as an option when you search, it generally means it's fully booked. However, don't lose hope just yet! When it comes to dining reservations, my best tip is to check early and check often. Other Guests' plans can change on a whim, which means a reservation at your preferred spot might just pop up when you least expect it. Persistent checking can sometimes lead to a delightful surprise.
Should you encounter any bumps in the road while using the website or app—perhaps a technical hiccup appears, or you run into an unexpected error message when trying to secure an available spot—don’t worry! This is the perfect moment to call the
App & Online Support line. A friendly Cast Member can often help you work through any problems you might encounter while trying to confirm your plans.
I'm sending lots of pixie dust your way, hoping one of these methods works perfectly for you, Dora! Please let us know if you have any more questions.
Have a magical day!
