    Hi there Samantha,

    Thanks for writing back!  You didn't mention when you are planning to dine at Yak & Yeti (which is a great choice, by the way) so I wasn't able to call and confirm for you.  There are limited table service venues open in the parks during Extra Magic Hours, and in my experience, the folks at Disney Dining won't make a reservation for you outside a restaurant's hours of operation.  To be super safe, I suggest calling the Disney dining line at 407-WDW-DINE (939-3463) to confirm that Yak & Yeti will be open at 7:15 on the day you plan on eating there.
