Thanks for answering so many questions, Where to begin, first time. Looking at doing the 4 with 3 free, not really sure where to stay, should we do park hopper, water parks option? Have a 4 year old and 6 mos. old. Also on a budget. Any suggestions?

Congratulations on making the decision to plan your first magical Walt Disney World vacation!

You've asked a few things here, so I'll try to hit them all...

The buy 4 get 3 FREE makes for an affordable way to experience the magic of Disney.  If you can travel between February 2, 2009 and March 29, 2009 you'll also be eligible to receive a $200 gift card!

My favorite moderate resorts to recommend are Coronado Springs Resort and Caribbean Beach Resort.  Both are beautifully themed and have their perks.  I prefer the theming of Coronado Springs and appreciate that it is the only moderate resort that has a dedicated bus (other moderates share with other resorts).  It has a fantastic playground and feature pool.  Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort has recently updated their rooms and swimming pool.  With the new pool and kiddie splash park, a water park visit isn't necessary for the little ones.  The other benefit I find with the moderates is that you have a refrigerator which can come in very handy with little ones.  The resort shops have a limited selection of groceries, dry goods and sundries.

We prefer to park hop, but it is certainly a good way to trim the budget, and you won't have any problem spending a full day in each of the theme parks your first trip.
