Thanks for answering my question about holidays. I can't wait for all of the things you mentioned. But, specifically in Animal Kingdom, besides for there-themed parade, are there any holiday activities? I appreciate your help!

    Hi Laura,

Thanks for your follow-up question and I apologize for missing that you were inquiring specifically about the Animal Kingdom park. So, let's get to your question...

The park is decked for Christmas in animal-themed decorations and characters appear in their holiday attire. There is a huge Christmas tree at the entrance with intricately carved, animal ornaments!

Santa Goofy's Holiday Village is the place to meet Santa Goofy and his pals while admiring the festive trees and listening to the carolers. This is located in Camp Minnie-Mickey. I love the rustic atmosphere for beautiful holiday photos. Goofy sports a Santa suit, Mickey & Minnie wear warm holiday clothes, and Chip 'n' Dale don their holiday scarfs for adorable picture-taking opportunities. Also look for Donald Duck waddling around in his holiday hat and jacket!

The main holiday activity is the Mickey's Jingle Jungle parade which I highly recommend for families that will be in the park in the late afternoon.

    Happy Holidays - Disney-style!
