Hi, Joanne!
A few fun ideas come to mind for you and your darling teenager. One would be to have a "girls night out" at Downtown Disney. Head over to the AMC Theater and enjoy a "Fork and Screen" movie where you can enjoy the latest film while a server will bring you dinner. After the movie you can do some shopping or even go bowling at the brand new
Splitsville.
For something with a bit more of a Disney theme, make a reservation for 1900 Park Fare where you can enjoy a wonderful buffet with Cinderella and her silly step-sisters. You never know, Prince Charming may even show up!
My last idea is to head over to Wilderness Lodge for a family-style dinner at Whispering Canyon. Enjoy ribs, chicken, and bottomless milkshakes! Get ready for some fun at this restaurant, and make sure to ask for lots of ketchup! If time allows, head to Fort Wilderness after dinner to see an outdoor movie and catch a sing-along with Chip and Dale.
