Thanks for answering my previous questions, are there any resort shops that are worth visiting? Also, what are the prices of the disney princess dresses at the parks? Thinking it may be special to get them there.

Hi, Stacey!   It sounds like you are getting those shopping bags ready for your WDW trip!

My favorite resorts to shop at are Animal Kingdom Lodge, Grand Floridian, and Contemporary.  These resorts seem to have some different merchandise that you might not find at other locations.   We try to plan a meal at one or two of these resorts each trip to make the trek to those resorts worthwhile.

If you are planning to purchase princess dresses while at Disney, I think the best location to do so is at the World of Disney Store in Downtown Disney.   They have a huge selection of dresses and the tiaras, wands, and shoes to match!   My daughter is 10 now and out of the dress-up phase, but I think the dresses are around $65 plus tax.   All the accessories would be an additional cost.

Have fun shopping and wishing your princesses a magical shopping experience!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
