Thanks for answering my last ?! Doing the 1/2 marathon in Jan, but going on the Dream in Sept., suggestions for training while on board the ship? Also, any suggestions on going to a spa for a ped. after race day? Staying at BLT THANKS!!

    Hi Amanda,

How wonderful that you are going on the Dream in September!!  The gym on the cruise ship is spectacular.  It is fully equipped with everything that you need to stay on top of your training.  I would continue your training plan.  You can use the treadmills or run outside on the track.  I would probably do both, just for some variety.  If you are doing a strength training component (I hope you are) you will be able to get your workouts in. It is tempting to stray from your training program while on vacation but you have a goal and keep that in the fore front of your mind!

Great idea to book a pedicure!!!!  I would book an appointment at the Grand Floridian Spa for your pedicure(407 824 2332).  Hop on the monorail and it will take you right over to the Grand Floridian.

Thank you for your question.  If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

    Yours in health and fitness,
