PhotoPass + program to which you're referring is a really great deal. We're planning on purchasing this same thing on our upcoming trip to Walt Disney World, since it
includes attraction and select character dining photos.
Now, there is the Disney's PhotoCD, which you can preorder, but this isn't the one that includes attraction pics. This one can even be
preordered at a great discount (a $50 savings!) with this great online offer.
You can't preorder
Disney's PhotoPass +, though, so once you're in a park or at Downtown Disney, simply head over to a PhotoPass Viewing Station, where you can purchase PhotoPass +.
If you're on Facebook, there's a great official fan page for Disney's PhotoPass Service, where lots of information about the new PhotoPass + was posted. You should also head over to the unofficial site, allears.net, and enter "photopass +" into the search bar. More information is provided there, too.
