Hi, Jenny!
Making its debut at this year's Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, the Garden Marketplace at World Showcase is top on my to-do list while touring Walt Disney World this spring!
Set up much like Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, this year's Flower & Garden Festival will feature small plates and beverages at select pavilions, too. At Food & Wine, most of those small plates count as snacks on the Disney Dining Plan, so it's been easy to spend an afternoon or evening grazing throughout the World Pavilion, using up those snack credits in a most delicious manner. Of course, more information will be available as we get closer to the start date of this year's Festival. You'll find more specific information on the unofficial, fan-created site AllEars.Net as that information becomes available, so keep an eye on that site for pricing, photos and reviews of bites as well. Yum!
Our top pic for Quick Service in Epcot is
Sunshine Seasons, which offers excellent variety, quality and freshness, too. For Table Service, your little ones would love Coral Reef Restaurant (aquarium viewing), Teppan Edo (hibachi), Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (princesses) and Chefs de France (Remy).
At Disney's Hollywood Studios, the best QS is at Fairfax Fare and Sunset Ranch Market, both on Sunset Boulevard. For Table Service, we love Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano, but your little ones might enjoy character interactions at breakfast or lunch at Hollywood & Vine or the ease of a buffet at that venue's dinner (no characters at dinner.)
From BLT to Epcot or HS, expect about a 15 minute ride from stop to stop. Remember that you might get to the stop right after a bus has left, so be prepared with a drink and a snack per child should you need to wait a bit.
Send more questions as you think of them, Jenny; we love to help!
