Thanks Andi for your previous help! Was wondering if you can help finalize my dining choices. Currently have ADR at CM(D), HV(L), CP(D), was thinking of switching HV lunch to a Biergarten dinner instead for variety. Panel is great! Thanks again!

Hey, Mariann! Welcome back and thanks for your follow-up question. Your Advanced Dining Reservations at Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace are fabulous -- two of the most sought-after ADRs on the property! You'll be guaranteed to see some of the most popular characters..which, of course, frees up park time to enjoy attractions.

For the lunch buffet at Hollywood & Vine Play n' Dine, I have two conflicting thoughts. The food is wonderful and some of the most varied and bountiful of any of the buffets. However, unless you have preschoolers in your party and they are die-hard Jo-Jo and Little Einstein fans, the character experience is less than stellar. We also have eaten at Epcot's Biergarten in the Germany pavilion. However, it was at Christmas when the selections were more varied and a little more geared to our Southern palates. I have had friends from home who were slightly disappointed in the German cuisine. So, before you make your "switch," go to the restaurants' menus at www.allears.net  -- because it's one thing to seek variety and another to not find much on the buffet to enjoy.

If you do like buffets, may I suggest Tusker House at Animal Kingdom and Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge? They are two of our favorites with adventuresome options as well some "safe" choices for picky eaters, too. If you're looking for a restaurant at Epcot, our entire family loves Teppan Edo in Japan -- where the food and the entertainment are all a part of the package!

Hopefully, this has helped you plan. You know where to find me if you have more questions! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
