Hi and thanks again! Trying to understand the new Photopass + program. I see that the photos and CRT and Askerhaus are now on the Photopass+ card. Are no longer able to add the EVENT code to the regular photopass CD? Trying to see if its worth the price?

    Hi T!

My friends call me "T" all the time, so we officially have something in common :-)

What I can tell you is the cost of a regular PhotoPass Photo CD is now $169.95. This is minus PhotoPass+ the Enhanced PhotoPass Service. By comparison, the entire PhotoPass+ Enhanced PhotoPass Service is $199.95, or about $30 more than the CD by itself. With PhotoPass+, not only do you get the Photo CD, you get the following:
    • PhotoPass+ Card and Lanyard
    • Disney Gallery CD with over 400 Stock Photos,
    • Personal DisneyPhotoPass.com Code for their own PhotoPass PhotoCD
    • Select Photo Print Packages at participating dining locations.
    • Included on-ride photos from select attractions.
In addition, PhotoPass+ entitles you to the photo packages served at some of the dining locations (such as the aforementioned Cinderella's Royal Table and Akershus).

If you get some type of discount off the regular photo CD, you may have to do a few calculations to see if you're getting the best bang for your buck between regular photo CD and photo CD included with PhotoPass+. From the surface, $30 more seems like a phenomenal deal when you look at all the additional amenities you'll receive with PhotoPass+.

Hope this clarifies some. Have a good one!
