Hello Sylvonne!
Welcome back!
Based on your questions, here are some tips that I know will save you money AND time on your upcoming Walt Disney World Vacation:
1. Be at the Disney Parks before they open. The crowds at the Disney parks are typically MUCH lower when they open. To find out when the Disney Parks will open for your upcoming vacation, check out the
Theme Parks & Water Parks link. Just click on a particular Disney Park and then click "calendar" for opening and closing times.
2. Bring your own food. Walt Disney World allows you to bring snacks and food into the Disney Parks! This is an incredible way to save money! What my family typically does is eat breakfast at the Resort. Then, we pack food for either lunch or dinner each day. The other meal is budgeted to eat at the Disney Park.
3. Make Disney Dining reservations BEFORE your Disney vacation. This will save you time and allow you to better plan for your day. You can even make
Disney Dining Reservations online! NOTE: As you plan, buffets are more expensive than regular Table Service Dining options.
4. Bring your own souvenirs with you. Have your kids make an autograph book. This will save you money and will get them even more excited about the trip! Another idea would be to BRING a Disney stuffed animal with you for each family member. Then, surprise your kids with a "special delivery" from Mickey Mouse!
If you have other questions, please let me know!
Have a MAGICAL day!
