Hey, Julieta!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your upcoming trip in March will be so enchanted that you will be whistling "Zip-a-dee-doo-dah" the entire time.
There are several ways not involving magic carpets or flying elephants to get between Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Magic Kingdom Park. Complimentary
Walt Disney World Bus Service transports Guests from all Resort hotels to the theme parks and Disney Springs as well as between theme parks. Buses tend to run every 20 minutes. You may also use
Minnie Van Service for a concierge experience to anywhere in the "World. Third party services like Uber/Lyft also deliver Guests everywhere.
Extra Magic Hours are only open to Resort hotel Guests. Depending on the day certain theme parks may have Morning or Evening Extra Magic Hours. Please take a look at the
March calendar to see when Extra Magic Hours are offered for the day and theme park you want to visit. As a Resort hotel Guest, you may enter the theme park anytime after Extra Magic Hours start. Thank Mickey for this pixie-dusted gift.
I like to visit the theme parks during Extra Magic Hours because the crowds are only Resort hotel Guests and more manageable. When the theme park officially opens you will have already completed many of the prime attractions that have the longest lines.
Disney Dad Tip: Because Magic Kingdom Park has the most attractions and some of the longest lines by late morning, I think it is the best one to visit during Morning Extra Magic Hours.
Julieta, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
