I am so THANKFUL for this panel! Makes planning so much easier! I was wondering if you could tell me the viewing schedule for FANTASMIC from Feb. 13-16, 2012? Honest opinion....is the Fantasmic dining package worth it? Is seating really better?

    Hi Christie,

I am so glad to hear that we are making your planning easier!

I have just checked the park calendar for Disney's Hollywood Studios on the Walt Disney World website and am pleased to tell you that Fantasmic is currently scheduled to take place at 7pm on each and every day of your stay.

The main advantage of the Fantasmic Dining Package is that you are guaranteed a seat for Fantasmic and that you only need to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to showtime. The reserved seats are located in the Ursula section of the theater which is located to the top right hand side of the main stage area. I honestly do not think that there is a bad seat to be had in the theater and would not say that these seats offer a better view than those situated anywhere else in the theater itself.

If you decide against the Fantasmic Dining Package, general seating begins 90 minutes prior to each show and I would suggest that you aim to be lining up by no later than this point.

I do personally feel that the Fantasmic Dining Package is worthwhile - anything which reduces time spent waiting in line at the parks is pretty fantastic as far as I am concerned.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
